IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program (ICPP) is a unique program launched by IndiGo Airlines to train aspiring pilots and help them realize their dream of becoming pilot. The program offers an opportunity to join IndiGo as a pilot and become part of the largest airline in India.
The program is divided into two parts: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). The CPL program is designed to provide the necessary training for a student to obtain the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The ATPL program is designed to provide the training for a student to obtain the Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) from the DGCA.
Phase 1: The first phase of the ICPP is the selection process. In this phase, candidates have to submit their applications and appear for the entrance tests. The selection process includes written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
