The average salary for pilots in India after 10th is around Rs.2.5 - 3.5 lacs per annum. The salary depends on the experience, education, job responsibilities, airline and different other factors. Generally, a pilot with 10th standard qualification can enter into the aviation industry as a trainee for 10-12 months and after successful completion of the training, he/she can start with an entry level salary of around Rs.2.5 lacs per annum. With the passage of time and experience, the salary can be raised to Rs.3.5 lacs per annum.
