What are the Qualifications Required to Become a Pilot After 10th in India

In India, the minimum qualifications required to become a pilot after 10th grade is to pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics and should have a valid commercial pilot license. In addition to these qualifications, the candidate must have an eye-sight of 6/6 with or without glasses and the ability to speak English fluently. They should also be physically fit and free from any medical conditions that can hinder their performance.

The pilot training programmes available in India include courses such as Private Pilot License (PPL), Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine Rating (ME). The duration of the course and the fees vary depending on the institute offering the course. Most institutes also provide loan facilities to help students pursue the course.
