Aircraft Pilot A-320 Type Rating Requirements

Becoming an A-320 pilot requires an individual to have a valid license, hold an airline transport pilot (ATP) certificate, and obtain a type rating. The ATP certificate can be obtained with a minimum of 1500 hours of flight experience, while the A-320 type rating requires an additional 40 hours of training.
