I would suggest Golden epaulettes (GE).
I have taken classes recently june batch for Cadet pilot program.
Batch size is comparatively smaller 8-10 students and  instructors pay attention to all of the doubts and classes timings was well organised for example we have a group,I used to get message and updates by following evening before class
.
They have a portal system where I can go  login and do test and assessment questions for each subject any time and Incase if I missed any class they will provided me recording of that class.

They may also provide feedback to help enhance the assignment if necessary.
(4). Life time guidance in aviation field.
They will guide you anytime you require, also add you in a whatsapp group for life time that’s gives you guidance anytime. They will update you with everything that is going on in aviation industry.
(5). Golden Epaulettes staff is always available for counseling .They are the aviation experts to contact if you have an urgent question. Each batch is divided into groups of about ten to twenty students who work together throughout the pilot training.                                   (6)Doubt-clearing sessions.
These sessions are held in the middle of the week. So that whatever was learned during the weekend may be applied during the week. And any doubts can be addressed during the doubt clearing sessions. This is something that most other academies do not offer. These workshops are beneficial in keeping the students on track and putting the strategies into practice.
