The license fees applicable for obtaining a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) RTR A as per Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) are as follows:‍
1. Flight Radio Telephone Operators License (FRTOL) - Rs. 10,000‍
2. Flight Radio Telephone Operators License Examination Fee - Rs. 5,000‍
3. Flight Radio Telephone Operators License Renewal Fee - Rs. 5,000‍
4. Medical Examination Fee - Rs. 3,000‍
5. CPL Issue Fee - Rs. 5,000‍
6. CPL Renewal Fee - Rs. 5,000‍
7. CPL Endorsement Fee - Rs. 5,000‍
8. CPL Validity Extension Fee - Rs. 3,000‍

5. Are there any additional requirements for obtaining a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) RTR A?

According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the additional requirements for obtaining a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) RTR A are as follows:‍
1. The applicant must have a valid Class I or Class II Medical Certificate issued by DGCA.‍
2. The applicant must have completed a minimum of 200 hours of flying experience, including 100 hours as Pilot in Command, 25 hours of cross country flying, 5 hours of Instrument Flying, and 10 hours of night flying.‍
3. The applicant must have a valid Radio Telephony Restricted License (RTR A).‍
4. The applicant must have passed the DGCA approved Commercial Pilot License syllabus.‍
5. The applicant must have passed the DGCA approved Air Regulations, Aerodynamics, Meteorology, Air Navigation, Aircraft Technical Knowledge and Air Communication subjects.‍
6. The applicant must have completed at least 5 hours of instrument flying training.‍
7. The applicant must have passed the DGCA approved Pilot General and Instrument Flying tests.‍
8. The applicant must have completed the DGCA approved night flying training.‍
9. The applicant must have completed the DGCA approved multi-engine and single-engine training.‍
10. The applicant must have passed the DGCA approved Flight Test.‍
