The Emirates Cadet Pilot Program Classes offered by Golden Epaulettes Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE aims to provide world-class aeronautical training and produce experienced commercial pilots. The program is designed to achieve the standards and criteria necessary to be given a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and ATPL theory.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must possess a valid Class 1 medical examination certificate and must be above 18 years of age. Knowledge of English language is also a pre-requisite for admission.
Trainees are required to receive training under the guidance of experienced instructors in self study, daily briefings, ground school subjects, simulator training and flying instruction. Participants gain knowledge on the ground, and also in the airplane environment. The ground school covers topics such as aircraft technology, systems, performance & mass & balance, flight navigation as well basic safety. Undermentined to the ground school, the simulator training is conducted to familiarise students with aircraft control in different flight conditions.
