The IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program consists of three training phases across different locations:
FAA CPL SEIR Training (USA) - 12 Months: Cadets undergo flight training to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Single Engine Instrument Rating (SEIR) under the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations.
DGCA License Conversion (India) - 2 Months: After obtaining the FAA license, cadets must convert it to an Indian DGCA CPL through additional flight tests and examinations.
