After the medical examination, the applicant will be asked to undertake a series of tests. The course will cover a range of topics, including aviation rules and regulations, navigation, aircraft systems, and flight safety. The course will also involve a series of practical exercises, including flying in a simulator and carrying out simulated air traffic control operations.
Once the pilot training course has been completed, the applicant will be required to undertake a final flight test. This test will assess the applicant's ability to fly an aircraft safely and efficiently, and will determine whether they are eligible to receive their pilot's license.
The pilot selection process in India is a rigorous process, and applicants must meet the necessary standards in order to be successful. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to their role and have the necessary knowledge, skills, and physical fitness to perform the duties of a pilot. Those that are successful will be rewarded with a career in the exciting and rewarding field of aviation.
